1. Introduction Welcome to Rartisgerwri Technology. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to IT consultancy, technology solutions, and related support services (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Services: Includes IT consultancy, system design, implementation, maintenance, and other technology-related services provided by the Company.

Company: Refers to Rartisgerwri Technology.

Client: Refers to any individual or entity engaging the Company for Services.

Terms and Conditions

Services

  • The Company will provide Services as outlined in a mutually agreed contract or scope of work.
  • Any changes to the scope or additional requests may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client shall provide accurate information and necessary resources to facilitate the delivery of Services.
  • Timely payment for Services as per the agreed invoice schedule is mandatory.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the service agreement.
  • Late payments may incur penalties or interest.

Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables provided remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment completion, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the Client.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
  • The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Service.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.
  • Upon termination, the Client is responsible for paying for all Services delivered up to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal action.
  • The governing law shall be the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered address.

Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
